Jojo's Story

 

Jojo Lee is the CEO & Marketing Strategist at Jo Co. Experience, a digital marketing firm. Lee is a real estate developer, philanthropist, and marketer to scratch the surface of her interests to date. As a young professional, Jojo noticed her passion for creating community and offering efficient and human-centered solutions to others. This passion materialized into several different business ventures that regularly demanded her attention.

In 2020, upon graduating, Jojo was inducted as a Posse Alumni member, where she continues to volunteer hours to help the organization spread the word about its program’s benefits and search for potential scholarship recipients. Jojo also received her Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications from the University of Notre Dame in May 2020. While there, Jojo studied abroad in Europe, conceptually designed the 2020 Black Cultural Arts Council Fashion show, and was one of two students elected to sit on the board for the University’s Center for Internationalization.

With marketing and conceptual design skills, most of her endeavors are purposefully driven toward education and creating a community for marginalized groups. Fueled by her driving purpose, Jojo formed Leeadership Society in 2022- a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to help students gain resources and find mentors within their perspective industries. Earlier that year, she was nominated to be a Young Professional Program Manager at the ACC/ AAAE symposium in Nashville, where she was tasked with approving conference tracks, setting and managing deadlines, and communicating with keynote speakers to confirm attendance. Jojo’s work across industries care connected through creating community experiences and continued educational development.
